Titanium wire is wire material in the form of a coil (such as a spool or reel) that is supplied in a rolled-up configuration. Its core advantage lies in:

1.Additive manufacturing and welding sector (the largest industrial application)
This is one of the sectors with the highest consumption of titanium wire.
Metal additive manufacturing (3D printing):
Wire arc additive manufacturing: Using titanium wire as the raw material, it melts under the electric arc heat source and is layered deposited to directly manufacture large titanium alloy components (such as aircraft frames, rocket engine parts). This method is highly efficient and has relatively low costs, making it particularly suitable for large-sized parts.
Electron beam wire sintering: In a vacuum environment, titanium wire is melted by an electron beam for precise shaping.
Welding filler material:
