Ylasting Titanium rolls ultra-thin titanium foil from 0.01mm to 0.5mm thickness in Gr1, Gr2, Gr5 (Ti-6Al-4V) and Gr7. Produced on precision cold-rolling mills with strict thickness tolerance and surface quality control, our foil is widely used in EMI shielding, fuel cell bipolar plates, aerospace honeycomb cores, heat exchangers and precision instrumentation.

We supply titanium foil in coil, strip or sheet form, with widths from 50mm to 600mm and custom slitting. Surface options include bright annealed, matte and etched finishes. Each coil is inspected for thickness uniformity and supplied with a mill test certificate per ASTM B265.
