Titanium Wire

Ylasting Titanium manufactures ASTM B863 titanium wire in diameters from 0.1mm to 10mm, in commercial purity grades (Gr1, Gr2) and alloys (Gr5/6Al-4V, Gr7, Gr9, Gr12). Supplied as coils, spools or straight rods, with bright, pickled or black-oxide surface finishes.

Our titanium wire serves fastener and spring manufacturing, TIG/MIG welding filler, 3D printing feedstock, medical instruments, aerospace hardware and chemical applications. Tight diameter tolerance (±0.02mm) and consistent mechanical properties are guaranteed on every batch, verified by in-house testing per ASTM B863.

We offer custom packaging (spool, coil, cut lengths) and small-quantity supply with no minimum order for stock grades.

What is the difference between titanium wire Grade 2 and Grade 5?

Grade 2 is commercially pure with good ductility and corrosion resistance, ideal for chemical and marine applications. Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) is a high-strength alloy used where strength-to-weight ratio matters, such as aerospace fasteners and medical implants.

Do you supply titanium wire for 3D printing?

Yes. We supply Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) and Grade 23 (ELI) wire feedstock for wire-fed DED and WAAM 3D printing, with controlled chemistry and spool packaging.

What diameter tolerance can you hold?

Standard tolerance is ±0.02mm, with tighter tolerances available for precision applications such as springs and medical devices.

Can you supply titanium wire in straight cut lengths?

Yes, we offer straight wire in cut lengths from 100mm to 3000mm, deburred and packaged for direct use.
