Ylasting Titanium supplies AWS A5.16 titanium welding wire in ERTi-1, ERTi-2, ERTi-3, ERTi-5 (6Al-4V), ERTi-7 and ERTi-9, in diameters from 0.8mm to 3.2mm. Produced from certified titanium rod with clean drawing and chemical cleaning, our wire meets the strict surface cleanliness requirements for TIG and MIG welding of titanium.

Our titanium welding wire is widely used in pressure vessels, heat exchangers, chemical equipment, marine structures, aerospace assemblies and titanium pipe welding. Each spool is supplied with chemistry and mechanical property certificates per AWS A5.16, with protective packaging to prevent surface contamination.

Which titanium welding wire should I use for Grade 2 titanium?

Use ERTi-2 filler wire for welding Grade 2 titanium to maintain matching corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. For Grade 5 (6Al-4V) base metal, use ERTi-5 filler.

How is titanium welding wire kept clean during shipping?

Titanium must be welded in a clean, inert-gas shielded environment. Our wire is chemically cleaned, vacuum or sealed packaged to prevent oxide contamination, and marked with heat numbers for traceability.
