TI15333 titanium foil is a very thin titanium strip material product that is precisely rolled from a specific American standard titanium alloy grade (typically corresponding to ASTM B265 Grade 5 or Ti-6Al-4V alloy).

Honeycomb structure materials:The honeycomb sandwich structures used in aircraft wings, hatches, and tail wings are made of honeycomb core materials composed of TI15333 fabric. These honeycomb cores have extremely high strength and are extremely lightweight.
Engine heat shield: Made of its high-temperature-resistant material to create a thin-walled heat insulation panel.
Unmanned aircraft/missile structural components: Lightweight fuselage skins, control surfaces.
Armor material: Used to make the thin layers in composite armor to resist high-speed impacts.

Surgical implants: Although Grade 2 is used for general implants, thin components of orthopedic implants that need to withstand greater loads (such as spinal correction systems and certain parts of artificial joints) will use TI15333.
