Titanium Plate

Ylasting Titanium manufactures ASTM B265 titanium plate and sheet in commercial purity grades (Gr1, Gr2, Gr3, Gr4) and alloys (Gr5/6Al-4V, Gr7, Gr23, Gr12). Thickness ranges from 0.3mm sheet to 80mm heavy plate, with widths up to 2500mm and custom cutting to size.

Production standards include ASTM B265, AMS 4911, AMS 4900/4901/4902, ASTM F136 and MIL-T-9046 for aerospace and defense programs. We supply hot-rolled, cold-rolled and annealed plate with certified chemistry and mechanical properties, plus optional ultrasonic testing for critical applications.

What is the difference between titanium sheet and plate?

By common industry convention, titanium sheet is under 4.75mm (3/16 inch) thick while plate is 4.75mm and above. Both are produced to ASTM B265; the choice depends on your application's strength and thickness requirements.

Do you supply aerospace-grade titanium plate?

Yes. We supply AMS 4911 (Ti-6Al-4V), AMS 4900-4902 and MIL-T-9046 certified plate for aerospace and defense applications, with full material traceability and third-party inspection available.
