Ylasting Titanium supplies ASTM B348 titanium bar and rod in commercial purity grades (Gr1, Gr2) and alloy grades (Gr5/6Al-4V, Gr7, Gr9, Gr12, Ti-6242, Ti-6Al-4V ELI). Our Baoji factory produces round, square, rectangular and hexagonal bars from 3mm to 400mm diameter, cut to custom lengths with grinding, machining or forged surface finishes.

Every titanium bar is supplied with mill test certificates per ASTM B348, with chemical composition and mechanical properties verified by in-house spectrometers and tensile testing. For medical and aerospace applications, we supply ASTM F136 and AMS 4928 certified material with full traceability.

What is the difference between Grade 2 and Grade 5 titanium bar?

Grade 2 is commercially pure titanium with excellent corrosion resistance and weldability, ideal for chemical processing and marine use. Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) is the most widely used titanium alloy, offering roughly double the strength of Grade 2 while remaining lightweight, making it the standard choice for aerospace, medical and high-stress engineering applications.

Do you supply titanium bar with ASTM B348 mill test certificates?

Yes. Every batch is supplied with a full mill test certificate (MTC) showing chemical composition, mechanical properties and heat treatment per ASTM B348. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TUV) is available on request.

What is the minimum order quantity?

We accept orders from 1kg for stock grades (Gr1, Gr2, Gr5). Custom sizes and alloy grades may require a larger minimum. Contact us for exact pricing and lead time.

Can you machine titanium bar to finished parts?

Yes. Our facility offers CNC machining of titanium bar into shafts, fasteners, flanges and custom components, with surface finish and tolerance per your drawings.
